Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LEAF Asset Management Specialist to manage an end-of-lease portfolio and maximize income.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-of-lease portfolio, including follow-ups on quotes and concessions
• Oversee the equipment return process and ensure timely posting of remarketer proceeds
• Handle delinquent renewal leases through collection calls and emails

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or related work experience
• Prior leasing collections, customer service, and/or operations experience preferred
• Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software
• Proven organizational and time management skills
