Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations and ensure exceptional member service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the leadership of branch operations and personnel to achieve service and sales goals
- Coach and develop team members in sales techniques and member service standards
- Manage daily branch operations, including cash management and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 1+ years of lending experience
- Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Must meet Branch Progression training expectations for supervised positions
- Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within the first 90 days
- Must qualify annually as a Mortgage Loan Originator under S.A.F.E Act Registration
