Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations and ensure exceptional member service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the leadership of branch operations and personnel to achieve service and sales goals
  • Coach and develop team members in sales techniques and member service standards
  • Manage daily branch operations, including cash management and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 1+ years of lending experience
  • Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • Must meet Branch Progression training expectations for supervised positions
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within the first 90 days
  • Must qualify annually as a Mortgage Loan Originator under S.A.F.E Act Registration
