Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Assistant Controller for their remote location in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close process and financial reporting
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support M&A activities and assist with tax-related projects

Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; Master's preferred
• 12+ years of accounting experience, including General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in payment processing and/or software-as-a-service industries
