Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will champion a safety-first culture, lead preventive maintenance programs, and support team development while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a safety-first culture
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance technicians, conducting regular meetings to align team objectives and foster skill development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required
• Technical knowledge in maintenance management or reliability certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is preferred
• Education in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience
