Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability, champion a safety-first culture, and support team development while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance and timely incident resolution
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and achieve key performance indicators
• Supervise maintenance technicians, conducting regular meetings to align team objectives and foster skill development

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus
