Job Summary
Overseeing the successful onboarding of new customers, the full-time remote Assistant Manager, Fund Administration will manage client relationships, ensure timely execution of project plans, and improve onboarding workflows in the fund administration space.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding of new fund administration customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Interface directly with clients to provide an exceptional client experience throughout the implementation process
- Oversee the collection and review of customer offering documents and financial data, ensuring quality and accuracy before handoff to ongoing service teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds
- Proven experience with customer onboarding, data migration, or implementations in a fund administration or fintech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Advanced understanding of complex accounting transactions and reporting requirements for private equity funds
- Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems
