Job Summary

Supporting a large portfolio of Upper Emerging accounts, the full-time remote Associate Account Manager will manage customer relationships, drive renewals and expansion opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the commercial relationship for a large number of Upper Emerging customers
  • Support renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while prioritizing customer engagement
  • Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes and communicate risks effectively
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
  • Experience in supporting renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume book of business
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Clari, and Google Workspace is a plus
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and improve processes
