Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) in Mental Health
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare/behavioral health organization
• Experience in training staff on technological applications
• Ability to manage and communicate clinical staffing needs effectively
• AHCA Level II background check required for Florida residents
