Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to support its legal department.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial transactions, focusing on SAAS licensing agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper processes and approvals for commercial agreements
- Review customer tender documents and respond to inquiries efficiently
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and a current license within a US state
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience negotiating and drafting software and SAAS agreements
- Strong commercial and legal mindset with the ability to identify important contractual issues
- Ability to work independently and influence at all organizational levels
