Associate Director IAM
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team focused on governing identities and secrets
- Collaborate to create strategies and plans for IAM capabilities
- Oversee the design and maintenance of IAM systems and governance infrastructure
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading security teams, preferably in IAM programs
- Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, and PAM solutions
- Strong knowledge of industry frameworks like HIPAA, NIST, and SOC2
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred
