A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business Analytics to provide actionable business reporting and drive strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee initiatives and lead teams to analyze data for trends, insights, and predictive modeling
• Collaborate with provider-facing teams to improve quality and diagnosis performance
• Support data analytics of vendor engagements and develop automated reporting systems

Required Qualifications

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification
• 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with modeling and reporting tools
• 4+ years of experience with SAS, R, SQL, Python, and Tableau in healthcare analytics
• 3+ years of experience creating automated data reporting systems
• 5+ years of analytical experience in healthcare, preferably with government programs (preferred)
