Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex compensation projects and initiatives with minimal oversight
- Act as a consultant to business leaders, ensuring effective compensation solutions
- Design and implement incentive and recognition programs aligned with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of compensation experience (5+ years with a Master's Degree)
- Experience in leading complex projects to completion
- Technical expertise in compensation theory and best practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior management
