Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Compensation to support the design and administration of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex compensation projects and initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Act as a consultant to business leaders, ensuring effective compensation solutions
  • Design and implement incentive and recognition programs aligned with strategic goals

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of compensation experience (5+ years with a Master's Degree)
  • Experience in leading complex projects to completion
  • Technical expertise in compensation theory and best practices
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior management
