Associate Director of Financial Services
Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strategic account engagement, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Financial Services will manage Lakebase activations and consumption, collaborating closely with regional Account Executives to promote a unified operational data foundation for intelligent applications.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory in partnership with regional Account Executives
- Lead sales cycles by articulating the value of fully-managed Postgres for operational workloads and orchestrating proof-of-value initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop territory plans and enable sales teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in complex deals
- Proven success selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and the role of operational data in AI and analytics
- Experience leading specialist sales motions and collaborating with core Account Executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
