Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in people operations
• 3+ years of experience at a seed to series A startup
• Experience in managing payroll and benefits platforms
• Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Experience in managing performance improvement and professional development plans
