Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Product Management, Pharmacy Networks - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Community Based Specialty Pharmacy Network strategy
• Manage relationships with health systems and community pharmacies for network participation and performance
• Oversee product lifecycles from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy network healthcare and/or pharmacy benefit management
• 3+ years of product management experience within a large matrix organization, with at least 2 years in the healthcare industry
• 2+ years of direct client engagement experience
• Experience building financial models and business cases related to product development initiatives
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps in a matrixed work environment
