Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to various business teams and manage a team of attorneys and paraprofessionals
• Offer support and guidance on healthcare regulatory issues, fraud and abuse regulations, and compliance matters
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and communication strategies to achieve compliance goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in legal practice
• License to practice law as in-house counsel in the jurisdiction of residence
• Experience in health law, payor contracting, CMS value-based programs, and physician compensation
• Ability to conduct internal investigations and document findings appropriately
• Demonstrated success in driving collaboration, transparency, and performance in a fast-paced environment
