Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compliance programs to ensure legal and regulatory adherence
- Conduct audits and internal investigations to address non-compliance issues
- Provide guidance on procurement, reporting, and lobbying compliance related to federal grants
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in law focusing on government contracts and non-profit compliance
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with a state bar
- Experience conducting internal investigations and audits
- Content knowledge in climate, renewable energy, or building electrification is preferred
