Associate General Counsel - SEC
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - SEC to oversee compliance with securities laws and corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with securities laws, rules, and regulations
- Review and draft necessary SEC filings and corporate resolutions
- Provide legal support for corporate finance, audit, treasury, and executive compensation teams
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in securities and corporate governance
- Familiarity with SEC/NYSE rules and filings
- Ability to be admitted to the Indiana State Bar
- Experience with M&A and corporate finance matters is preferred
