Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates onboarding and development plans for customers, ensuring system configuration and readiness
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to onboard dealer data and monitors customer activity in the application integration cycle
• Provides technical support and feedback for product improvements while contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and deploying customers, including setup and operational documentation
• Proficient in data verification and validation to ensure accuracy of configurations
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports to support decision-making
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and manage stakeholder expectations
• Preferred experience in the automotive retail industry or with related applications
