Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Lead, AR Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain trained staff to handle production goals
- Monitor and ensure daily production goals and quality of work
- Perform QA audits, manage workflow, and provide coaching and development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UB-04 Follow-Up and Contract/Reimbursement Analysis experience
- Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing
- Detailed understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes
- Knowledge of HIT systems like EPIC, Paragon, Cirius, Zirmed or other billing systems
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
