  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure exceptional onboarding experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Development to understand customer needs and product capabilities
  • Analyze implementation metrics to assess team performance and implement efficiency gains

Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous management experience and technology implementation experience preferred
  • Real estate knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs
