Associate Program Control Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting government customer programs remotely, the full-time Associate Program Control Analyst will manage financial analysis, project setup, vendor management, and budget tracking while coordinating across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support including project setup, vendor management, and invoice processing
• Analyze financial data to assist in budget development and forecasting for government contracts
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support billeting processes at remote sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to pass a government background investigation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
