Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Lead to join their Implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans to meet customer implementation needs
- Complete setup, configuration, and activation tasks for the EZLynx product
- Monitor and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in the insurance industry or implementation processes is a plus
