Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Relations Specialist in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support for resolving manager, associate, and labor issues
- Conduct investigations and gather relevant information for low/medium risk issues
- Educate managers on policy interpretation and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
- Preferred Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
- Preferred PHR certification
