Associate Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Scrum Manager to facilitate Agile processes and support product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Agile teams, empowering self-organization and utilizing appropriate techniques
- Promote continuous improvement of Agile practices and coach team members on effective methodologies
- Track project operations, manage risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Experience with backlog tracking and performance metrics
- BS degree or equivalent experience in computer science or engineering
- Ability to influence and coach teams towards high performance
