Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will solve real problems for small businesses by developing, testing, and deploying features across the full product lifecycle, while gaining expertise in AI/ML and cloud technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly on products that address genuine small business challenges, starting with problem identification
• Develop, test, and deploy features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Take ownership of features from idea to production, writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Genuine passion for learning and technology, demonstrated through personal projects or contributions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
