Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant for the ASVAB Skills Accelerator.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide 25-30 Learners in their preparation for U.S. Army careers through live and self-paced interactions
- Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and provide timely support
- Facilitate live sessions, assist with breakout rooms, and hold individual office hours for additional support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, preferably in a virtual environment
- Experience as a standardized test-prep coach
- Familiarity with ASVAB, ACT/SAT, or other standardized test content
- Proficiency in key ASVAB subject areas, including foundational math, arithmetic, word knowledge, and paragraph comprehension
- Strong organizational skills to support diverse Learners
