Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for the ASVAB Skills Accelerator program.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for approximately 100 learners
- Deliver engaging instruction on ASVAB core subject areas, tailoring content to learners' skills and interests
- Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and assist in lesson design and improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in teaching or training roles, especially in virtual environments
- Experience with large-group instruction and ASVAB test-prep coaching preferred
- Deep understanding of ASVAB content areas, including math and technical reasoning
- Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Ability to coach learners preparing for standardized tests, specifically the ASVAB
