Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, analyze, evaluate, and negotiate claims of minimal to moderate complexity
• Guide insureds and claimants through the claim process and options
• Implement effective management techniques to mitigate loss and expense payments

Required Qualifications:

• Prior 1-2 years auto claims handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law
• Ability to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with both internal and external groups
• Thinks critically and develops solutions to problems in a timely manner
