Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations (Auto Claims) Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims
- Research details of auto accidents to determine payers and submit bills to insurance companies
- Contribute to team with denial reports, audits, and overall support
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously
- Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a plus
- Reside in one of the specified states in the United States
