Auto Damage Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Damage Claims Supervisor to manage and lead a team of Auto Damage Claims Adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the auto claims process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Coach and mentor Claims Adjusters to enhance their performance and development
• Monitor claim activities and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and claims handling efficiency

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of auto claims handling experience required
• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must obtain and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
• Previous leadership experience in total loss and/or coverage and liability preferred
