A company is looking for an Auto Physical Damage Supervisor to lead a team of appraisers and ensure a high-quality claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Auto Physical Damage Appraisers and third-party suppliers
• Foster positive customer relationships by resolving complaints effectively
• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and improve team performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of auto claims experience and 3+ years of customer service experience required
• Advanced knowledge of collision repair procedures and auto physical damage processes
• Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
• I-CAR Platinum Designation preferred
