Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Automation Test Engineer to work remotely, who will analyze complex requirements, develop and execute manual and automated test cases, and ensure software quality for secure financial systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing detailed manual test cases and executing them while documenting results and reporting defects
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing
• Collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherence to client requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• 5+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years as an automation test engineer
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and JavaScript coding
• Proven expertise in software testing methodologies and defect tracking
• Ability to obtain IRS MBI Security Clearance and must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
