Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Claims Adjuster to work remotely and assist customers with their automotive claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and adjudicate claims efficiently
- Receive intake on new losses and assess contract coverage
- Document and investigate new losses while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in an automotive service environment as a Technician or Service Advisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making based on contract details
