Job Summary
A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach to provide coaching to clients in the automotive service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative methods to drive change in key focus areas
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to measure and confirm implemented changes
- Maintain CRM updates with necessary notes and changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management experience preferred
- Ability to present training material engagingly
- Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
- Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively
