Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Car & Light Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients' drivers and frontline agents with repair authorizations and invoice processing
- Make outbound calls to suppliers for processing and payment instructions and assist with service follow-up
- Respond to inquiries from drivers, clients, and suppliers regarding repairs and maintenance services
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of general automotive knowledge, preferably with mechanic experience
- Active ASE Certification preferred, or agreement to obtain within 12 months of employment
- Professional computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office suite experience
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
