Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Support Tech Tier 1 responsible for providing technical support to service centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to service centers regarding installation and equipment issues
  • Receive and respond to calls and emails for technical assistance, primarily from external sources
  • Document service center inquiries and provide administrative support for troubleshooting and data review

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; automotive or electrical certification recommended
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems and troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
  • Expertise in installation and servicing automotive alarm or remote start systems preferred
  • Experience with critical thinking and conflict resolution
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
