Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Support Tech Tier 1 responsible for providing technical support to service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to service centers regarding installation and equipment issues
- Receive and respond to calls and emails for technical assistance, primarily from external sources
- Document service center inquiries and provide administrative support for troubleshooting and data review
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; automotive or electrical certification recommended
- At least one year of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems and troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
- Expertise in installation and servicing automotive alarm or remote start systems preferred
- Experience with critical thinking and conflict resolution
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
