Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP of Medicare Call Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center performance for Medicare services
- Oversee day-to-day call center activities and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines
- Monitor call center interactions, implement quality control processes, and address escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred)
- 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in call center operations within the Medicare domain
- Experience managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Experience in managing a large-scale call center with remote staffing preferred
