Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Medicare Call Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center performance for Medicare services
  • Oversee day-to-day call center activities and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines
  • Monitor call center interactions, implement quality control processes, and address escalated issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred)
  • 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in call center operations within the Medicare domain
  • Experience managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Familiarity with Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Experience in managing a large-scale call center with remote staffing preferred
