AVP Middle Market Casualty Underwriting
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Middle Market Casualty Underwriting - Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategies for growth and profitability in assigned lines of business
- Collaborate with Loss Control and Claims teams to refine underwriting practices
- Oversee the design and development of enhancements for specific lines of business
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in business or a related field; graduate studies preferred
- 15+ years of Middle Market or related commercial lines underwriting experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting, pricing, and product development
- Advanced level of technical and industry expertise in commercial property & casualty products
