AVP Middle Market Property Underwriting
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Middle Market Property Underwriting - Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategies for assigned lines of business to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Collaborate with Loss Control and Claims teams to refine underwriting practices based on trends
- Oversee the design and development of specific enhancements to meet the needs of clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related field; graduate studies preferred
- 15+ years of Middle Market or related commercial lines underwriting experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting, pricing, operations, and product development
- Advanced level of technical and industry expertise in commercial property & casualty products
