AWS Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AWS Engineer I to enhance customer experience through functional systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical subject matter expert on AWS Connect and AWS Bedrock
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to design and maintain AWS infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and participate in disaster recovery planning
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with AWS products or similar technology
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent technical training
- Experience with software development and application architecture
- AWS Connect or AWS Bedrock certifications preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in IT operations and experience with Agile principles
