Banking Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Operations Associate to oversee daily risk operations for their Banking product.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on identified and suspicious customer bank accounts
• Analyze and review potentially fraudulent activity to minimize losses
• Respond promptly to optimize communication with customers, partners, and external vendors/banks

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 1-3 years of banking/operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a fintech environment preferred
• Experience in an Agile environment or prior start-up experience strongly preferred
