Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians (RBT)
- Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents with autism
- Conduct initial and annual assessments of clients, develop individualized behavior and services plans, and provide parent/caregiver training
Required Qualifications:
- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 2+ years of BCBA experience
- Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field
- Ability to work with diverse populations and exercise confidentiality and discretion
- Good judgment, decision-making skills, and ethical work practices
