Behavioral Health Care Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Care Management to oversee the care management team and coordinate care for behavioral health members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day escalations and care management issues related to members or providers
• Monitor care management documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and assign caseloads to staff
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and resources for care management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with behavioral health experience
• Ability to work remotely from home in the Central or Eastern United States
• Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required
