- Guiding members through their plan of benefits, Aetna policy, and procedures
- Creating emotional connections with members and building trusting relationships
- Explaining member rights and responsibilities in accordance with the contract
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience within a Call Center atmosphere
- Previous Behavioral Health experience
- Medical or Insurance background
- Associates Degree
- High School Diploma or GED
