Key Responsibilities

• Participate in global benefits meetings and decision-making processes

• Prepare and present findings to key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• General knowledge of Human Resources and HCM systems
• Experience with analyzing complex people-related data sets
• Statistical analysis and proficiency in analytical tools is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
