Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to oversee and improve global health and welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer global benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulations through audits and updates
- Develop engaging educational materials and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in global benefits administration, preferably with UKG Pro
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in benefit change management and employee education materials creation
