Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits and Leave to oversee the design and administration of benefit and leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration and compliance of benefit and leave programs
  • Develop and implement competitive benefits and leave strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and execution of benefit programs

Required Qualifications and Education
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits and leaves management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Expert knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefits and leaves
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology company is preferred
