Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits and Leave to oversee the design and administration of benefit and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and compliance of benefit and leave programs
- Develop and implement competitive benefits and leave strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and execution of benefit programs
Required Qualifications and Education
- 8+ years of experience in benefits and leaves management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Expert knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefits and leaves
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a fast-paced technology company is preferred
