Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant responsible for customer strategy, service, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business and ensure customer success and retention
  • Develop and execute annual account plans for assigned customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of benefit consulting experience or 5 years of benefit account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Life & Health Producer's License
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
