Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant responsible for customer strategy, service, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business and ensure customer success and retention
- Develop and execute annual account plans for assigned customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of benefit consulting experience or 5 years of benefit account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Life & Health Producer's License
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
