Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Director (remote) to lead and manage employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and compliance of employee Health and Welfare and Retirement benefits
- Manage the annual enrollment process and partner relationships, including contract negotiations
- Provide strategic insights and assess the effectiveness of benefits offerings through analysis and benchmarking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate environment
- At least 5 years of experience in U.S. health and welfare benefits in a complex, global public company
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws such as ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA
- Experience with budget management and vendor performance management
