Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Director (remote) to lead and manage employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of employee Health and Welfare and Retirement benefits
  • Manage the annual enrollment process and partner relationships, including contract negotiations
  • Provide strategic insights and assess the effectiveness of benefits offerings through analysis and benchmarking

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in U.S. health and welfare benefits in a complex, global public company
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws such as ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA
  • Experience with budget management and vendor performance management
